GREENIE’S CLUBHOUSE PAVILION

1. Rental fee is $900.00.
2. $200.00 deposit required, non refundable within 30 days of event.
3. Tables and chairs included in rental.
4. White table linens are available to rent at $6.50 per.
5. You may decorate as needed however what is put up must be taken down. ( Please no nails or screws )
6. If you want to use your own caterer the fee is $1500.00.
7. No outside beverages, everything will be provided by Greenie’s Clubhouse.
8. Events must end by 11pm. All guests must be gone and everything taken down and cleaned by 11:30 pm. (failure to do so will cost an additional $100.00.)
9. All costs will be paid the day of event. All fees must be made with cash or check. Credit cards must be approved by George Greenwood.
( A 4% fee will be added for this)
10. The restaurant bathrooms will remain open until 11pm.
11. Greenie’s Clubhouse is not responsible for bad weather conditions.

BEEF SELECTIONS
1. Beef Tenderlion grilled to perfection.
2. Prime Rib with Au-jus.
3. Sliced Roast Beef in a brown gravy.
4. Beef Pot Roast in brown gravy with carrots, celery and onions.
5. Beef Tips and Mushrooms served in a rich brown gravy.

CHICKEN SELECTIONS
1. Chicken Forestiere – a wild rice stuffed breast with a sun dried tomato cream sauce.
2. Chicken Oscar – a wild rice and crab stuffed breast with hollandaise sauce.
3. Chicken Provencal – served in a garlic, tomato, mushroom in a wine sauce.
4. Butter & Herb Baked Chicken cut up with a butter herb crusted top.
